Warranty Policy

OXWheels guarantees that its wheels will be free from structural defects for one year from the date of purchase, as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, corrosive environments, or abnormal conditions.

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and replaces all other express warranties for one year from the purchase date. If you believe your wheel is defective during the warranty period, please contact your retailer for further instructions.

Warranty Limitations This warranty only covers the specific terms outlined and does not include costs for removal, installation, or any incidental expenses.

The Warranty is Void If:

• The product is used with hardware, adapters, or accessories not supplied by OXWheels.
• The product has undergone repairs, modifications, or alterations by anyone other than OXWheels.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover corrosion, discoloration caused by environmental factors, or damage from harsh chemicals, detergents, polishing compounds, or abrasives. Such treatments can permanently damage your wheels and void the warranty. Always allow wheels to cool before cleaning. Using hot water on warm wheels can cause discoloration. Clean frequently with mild soap and water.

Damage from mounting, dismounting, or road hazards is not covered unless reported before mounting. No exceptions.

Return Policy All defective items must be returned to an authorized OXWheels dealer with a copy of the original invoice, freight prepaid. Defective items will be replaced and shipped freight prepaid with the dealer’s next stock order upon verification of the defect. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Items returned without prior authorization or found free of defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee if the wheel has not been mounted.
